Major Gifts

For more than 50 years, the Bloch School has grown and prospered because alumni and friends have made major gifts to create scholarships, support programs, and provide the Dean with resources to take advantage of extraordinary opportunities. Not only do major gifts ensure a strong endowment, they can also help build and restore facilities and sustain our classroom activities.

Major gift donors can choose to direct their support toward an area where their personal interest matches the needs and priorities of the Bloch School. Major gifts can be made in the form of pledges that can be paid over a multi-year period. Bloch Leadership Associates Membership

Business and civic organizations dedicated to innovation, leadership, and learning will want to learn more about the Bloch Leadership Associates. These enterprises join with one another to support the Dean’s special initiatives for the School and to foster innovation in research and teaching.

Annual Fund

Students and student programs are the focus of the Bloch School Annual Fund Campaign. These unrestricted gifts play a critical role in augmenting scholarships, supporting student academic programs, and enabling student development and research projects. A gift to the Bloch School Annual Fund Campaign is not only tax deductible, but it also helps the School achieve its overall mission and purpose.

Planned Gifts

Alumni and friends can also choose to support the Bloch School through planned gifts that may include:

• Multi-year payments of cash gifts, securities, or outright gifts of other assets, such as real estate;
• Life income plans that enable a donor to transfer an asset and retain (or provide another person) an income for life;
• Charitable lead trusts that may permit people to save on income, gift, and estate taxes;
